FOR THEM
What we do
Our work is designed to make impact on the communities it’s created in service of, which means it does not have to work for you or us-
it needs to work FOR THEM!

Our current program is to combat FGM/C in NYC by collaborating with government to draft legislation to create a Task Force that functions as a citywide mechanism. This is the first of its' kind in the country.
Who we are
FOR THEM
Globalizing Gender is a New York-based organization seeking sustainable, culturally aware alternatives for women and girls in the continental U.S. and abroad.

We educate people on issues of gender-based violence including FGM/C, child marriage, forced marriage, human trafficking, breast ironing and domestic violence.
